Prepared to be moved and touched deeply. The Universal Declaration was  presented at the First Peoples Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth in Cochabamba, Bolivia to 35,000 participants.  The Declaration is being carried forward to the United Nations. It was presented to the UN General Assemble during the UN Dialogues on Harmony with Nature, April 20, 2011.
